Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1991, François-Charles Bernard specialises in public business law and urban planning law. He advises his clients on urban planning law, development law, expropriation law, public contract law, general administrative law, and institutional law of public authorities.
He assists both public and private clients, by providing advice as well as litigation support.
